Product Details

The beautiful and magical Chanctonbury Ring. The ring of beech trees were ravaged by the hurricane of 1987, it is slowly healing now. The remains of a neolithic hill fort with so much folklore and history (including a Roman Shrine) about this wonderful place. I pictured it at night with a shay around the moon to try and capture that magic.

The image has been engraved on one piece of boxwood- left unprepared with a waney edge, to heighten the natural beauty of the piece of wood.

As with all my engravings it is printed onto a high quality hand made acid free paper this print is in an edition of 100 and measure 135mm x 120mm. UK Postage and packaging is included within the price
